To install the Picasa Templates

Copy the folders into your Picasa web templates folder (usually C:\Program\Picasa2\web\templates)

To create a  Gallery using Picasa

1) Select your Images in Picasa

2) Click 'Folder -> Export as Web Page...' Select template.

In Linux shell folders with Html templates shell should be copied into the folder
 
 / home /YOUR USERNAME/.google/picasa/3.0/drive_c/Program Files/Google/Picasa3/web/templates
 
 The folder is the root and peel whether logged in as root to write to the folder
 
 Press ALT + F2 and enter gksudo nautilus, enter your password and browse to the folder you made above,
   In this mode, you are root. and now you can copy the shell into the folders with html templates.
 
 You may need to restart Picasa for the changes to take place
