HandHeld Like MFNR above except it only merges 4 images and offers
Twilight no control over image parameters.

The first thing you should know is that with previous cameras, Multi-frame
noise reduction produced the best quality AND it gave you complete
control over shooting parameters. The A77 II is the first Sony camera I
evaluated where HandHeld Twilight did a better job – the noise level was
comparable and it produced a sharper image. (Figure 1-9).
(Mind you, neither of these fancy modes is better than using a tripod at low
ISO.)
Bottom Line: Hard to make a recommendation anymore. MFNR has the
edge when you want full control (for example, merging several time
exposure shots can really lower the noise); however if you don't mind not
being able to specify shutter speed, white balance, ISO, or anything else
that's important, HHT (at least in my tests) will yield a sharper image.
