CYLINDER HEAD/VALVE/CAMSHAFT
Apply engine oil to the camshaft holder bolt [1] threads
and seating surfaces and install them. [1]
Tighten the bolts to the specified torque.
TORQUE:12 N·m (1.2 kgf·m, 9 lbf·ft)
Apply the cam chain tension (page 10-8).
Install the removed parts in the reverse order of
removal.

CYLINDER HEAD

REMOVAL

Remove the engine (page 16-5).
Remove the camshaft (page 10-9). [3] [2]
Remove the 6 mm bolts [1].
Loosen the cylinder head bolts [2] in a crisscross
pattern in 2 or 3 steps, and remove them.
Do not tap the Remove the cylinder head [3].

Remove the gasket [1] and dowel pins [2].
