Format via X3

1. Insert the microSD card into X3.
2. Turn on X3.
3. Swipe down to enter the Shortcut menu, tap [Settings] icon, then tap [Camera
Storage] > [Format Storage].

Format via Insta360 app

1. Connect X3 to your phone via the Insta360 app; Learn how to connect.
2. Enter the Settings page, then tap Other Settings > Camera Storage > Format Storage.

Note: When formatting the card by computer, it needs to be in exFAT format, and the
allocation unit size should be default.

Gyro Calibration

Perform gyroscopic calibration for X3 to ensure accurate stabilization for your shots.

Steps

1. Turn on X3.
2. Swipe down to enter the Shortcut menu, tap [Settings] icon, then select [Gyro
Calibration].
3. Follow the on-screen instructions and place X3 vertically on a flat surface. The
indicator light will flash green and blue during calibration.
