FRONT WHEEL/SUSPENSION/STEERING
CRF1000/A: Install the wire clamp [1] and connect the clutch switch
connectors [2]. [2] [1]

CRF1000D: Install the wire clamp [1] and connect the parking brake
switch connectors [2]. [1]

Apply grease to the throttle pipe flange groove.
Install the right handlebar switch housing/throttle pipe
[1] aligning its location pin with the hole in the
handlebar.

Align

[1]

Tighten the upper screw/washer [1] first, then the lower
screw/washer [2] to the specified torque.
TORQUE:2.5 N·m (0.3 kgf·m, 1.8 lbf·ft)
