REAR WHEEL/SUSPENSION
Remove the needle bearing [1] out of the left pivot using
a hydraulic press and special tool. [2]

TOOLS:
Driver [2] 07749-0010000 [3]/[4]
Attachment, 32 x 35 mm [3] 07746-0010100
Pilot, 25 mm [4] 07746-0040600
[1]

Apply molybdenum disulfide grease to a new needle
bearing rotating area. [2] [3] 5.0 – 5.5 mm
Install the needle bearing [1] into the left pivot with the (0.20 – 0.22 in)
marked side facing up to the specified range using a
hydraulic press and special tools as shown.

Pilot, 25 mm [4] 07746-0040600 [1]

Apply molybdenum disulfide grease to a new needle
bearing (24 x 31 x 28 mm) rotating area.
[3] 4.5 – 5.0 mm
Install the needle bearing (24 x 31 x 28 mm) [1] into the (0.18 – 0.20 in)
right pivot with the marked side facing up to the [2]
specified range using a hydraulic press and special
tools as shown.

Pilot, 22 mm [4] 07746-0041000 [1] [1]

Apply molybdenum disulfide grease to a new ball
bearing rotating area. [2]
Install the ball bearing 6003 [1] into the right pivot with [3]
the marked side facing out until it is fully seated using a
hydraulic press and special tools as shown. [4]
