FUEL SYSTEM
ASSEMBLY
Replace the fuel filter assembly [1] with a new one.

Install a new O-ring [2] to the pressure regulator [3].
Install the pressure regulator.

Install a new O-ring [1] to the fuel pump [2]. [5]
Install the fuel pump. [2]

• Align the Blue wire [3] with the fuel filter groove.
• Lead the Black wire [4] through the hole of the fuel Align
filter assembly as shown.
Insert the fuel pump filter [5] edge between the fuel
pump and pressure regulator. [3]

Install the chamber [1].

• Set the Blue wire [2] as shown.

Install a new O-ring [1] to the fuel pump stay [2].
[3]
Install the fuel pump unit assembly [3] by aligning the
groove with the fuel pump stay tab.
